• Lead time on manufacture is +-10-15 working days for the standard rings/wood rings.

• Lead time on rings including diamonds or gemstones are to be confirmed as stones are sourced at time of enquiry.

• For urgent orders, please contact us on [email protected] to see how best we can try to accommodate you. A small surcharge for urgent orders may occur.

• Please ensure your finger size is correct when placing your order, as the wood rings cannot be resized and will have to be rebuilt if incorrect. Designs including stones can only be resized slightly. It is advised to get your finger size measured at a jewelry store and double checking the size with another store.

• Finger size in alphabetical letter eg S or S1/2 is required.

• No exchanges or returns as our pieces are all custom made to order.

• The wood rings come with a lifetime warranty on manufacture.

• Damaged rings will be assessed for excessive force which does not fall under warranty.

• The wood rings are serviceable.
